Shipping takes 3-6 business days. Same-day delivery is offered if your zip code is within our delivery area in the Treasure Coast and Space Coast areas.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed between 8:00 AM EST – 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
• Shipping carriers do not process orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS:
Starting January 1, 2025, a new state law will expand the existing flavor ban to include online sales of flavored nicotine products.

• Orders containing prohibited items will be removed and canceled. This may result in the entire order being canceled and refunded, while the rest of the package will be processed normally.

Vape Sales Restrictions:

• States: Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Utah, and Vermont.
• Cities: San Francisco, Anchorage.

Flavored E-Liquid Sales Restrictions:

• States: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island.

INTERNATIONAL:
We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with international shipping will be canceled and refunded.

Required Adult Signature Service:
In accordance with federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette-related products.

• The recipient must show a proper form of government-issued photo ID to the delivery employee for age confirmation.
• If the package is returned because no one is available to sign, we will process a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost.
